The 2010 Jericho Mountain ATV Festival

This festival was the first major ATV event held at the Jericho Mountain ATV Park and we hope to make it a yearly event for the future. There was something there for everyone... a poker run, kids games, food vendors, helicopter rides, trail tours, atv manufacturers product test rides, and the main attraction - the Mud Pit!

The Mud Pit ran races in 3 classes, amateur/stock 600cc & under, amateur/stock over 600cc, and modifieds. We had a UTV class in the line-up, but there were no entries in that class. We also ran grudge races with loads of spectator participation. The races covered 2 days, with eliminations on Saturday and finals on Sunday. After the Sunday finals, we called up a foot race thru the mud pit and got 16 runners. One of the racers offered up a $50 cash price for the first place winner....that foot race was something to see.
